Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The pay is good, I am not so sure about commission as this is something they are so secretive with and have never gone over. As someone with 7plus years of experience in sales I have never seen such a disorganized process. We are encouraged to harass companies and call year after year sometimes with only a few months since the last outreach to companies who do not fit their beyond extensive qualification specifications. They also want you to call a disconnected number 8-11 times before moving on. I have heard from tenured employees that they work extra for free to avoid getting let go. This company is quick to fire for anyone underperforming with little room for improvement and personal development.
