Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

Current Employee3.1Dec 1, 2024My experience was fairly positive. Base and commission structure are fair but the issue comes with the low amount of hit quotas, tough market fit due to price, and focus on smaller business not always willing to take on such an expensive solution.
