Overall experience has been pretty good so far. Definitely a grind but there is potential to succeed. Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

Leadership is the most important factor when deciding where to work. ServiceTitan's sales org has terrible senior leadership. They don't take feedback from SDRs or managers. Terrible churn and burn company in the SDR space. Constantly hiring because they know the quotas aren't attainable. Mass hire 30-50 people each month or more and mass fire people after ramp period.
