Terrible churn and burn company in the SDR space. Constantly hiring because they know the quotas aren't attainable. Mass hire 30-50 people each month or more and mass fire people after ramp period. Management micromanages you to death and always tries to find some reason to put you down or make you feel inferior. I was very excited to join this company because in my previous role I actually recommended ServiceTitan to customers that were in that space and I knew how great of a software it was. But joining and actually working for the company was a nightmare. Stay away.

The compensation structure is atrocious where half your commission depends on the onboarding team's performance, which frequently drops the ball. This requires Sales Reps to babysit deals after they close and ensure others do their job. Otherwise, you get a clawback on your commission. Decent job if you can hit quota. Most reps are let go in about 4 months after ramping due to attainment.
