My experience at ServiceTitan has been decent. It is really hard to sell the product and regularly hit quota. And the leads provided aren’t good. Recycle leads very often!

I saw many employees get stabbed in the back. The people they chose for management should not be managers. Such a high turnover is no wonder they bad management. Came from a Fortune 500 company of the highest professionalism and most of the ST management team are the type of people I wouldn’t want leading me. But the ten percent of good managers are awesome.

I'm an SDR. This company was great to work for until about March 2023. A lot of changes happened that made consistent quota attainment unrealistic and leadership adopted a "fire fast" mentality.
