I'm an SDR. This company was great to work for until about March 2023. A lot of changes happened that made consistent quota attainment unrealistic and leadership adopted a "fire fast" mentality. Though I was a top performer before, I am no longer and have somehow managed to hang on for almost a year despite the changes. Repvue shows quota attainment as very high. I'm here to tell you those are OLD numbers. Less than 1/3 SDR's are hitting each month. First level managers are getting the shaft too from what I can tell. They're all great people who have had their job change drastically just like the SDR's. Sales leadership won't take ownership of anything and blames frontline managers and IC's. They are just micromanaging every move we make acting like this new thing will fix things. Then when it doesn't, they make us fill out some new spreadsheet that will be our savior and hold our feet to the fire on all this busy work on top of quota. No freedom anymore to try new things and figure it out. Just do exactly what they say. Do yourself a favor and find another XDR job.
