They give you a good amount of training and YOU WILL NEED IT. The leads are recycled a bit, but that's with any company. They hire and fire a lot, so keep that in mind. The AE's have a decent amount of discretion to disqualify your booked meetings for multiple reasons. You must book your meetings with precise details. If that doesn't happen, you won't get credit towards your quota. Still a good company, but not for the weak-hearted. I'm saying this as a person who is meeting quota.

Terrible churn and burn company in the SDR space. Constantly hiring because they know the quotas aren't attainable. Mass hire 30-50 people each month or more and mass fire people after ramp period. ServiceTitan is a rocketship and only continuing to dominate the market. We are a large organization that continues to scale in every vertical. We continue to T2D3 in the new verticals we enter and use our repeatable playbook. If you work hard you can make a lot of money. Excellent benefits, work from home (with travel), top-sellers, folks making $500k+.
