New leadership is changing how we're compensated adding caps and changing metrics drastically starting in 2025. 800 calls per month, 160 connects/month (have to have calls recorded over a minute with information gathering), 20 meetings per month, $20K pipeline qualified monthly, 5 SQO's monthly, $6K closed/won monthly

Excellent product/market fit. Hardest part about selling is that our post sale customer success is widely known to be horrible. It’s a strenuous pace of work at ServiceTitan. Great group of people to work with for the most part.
