Does the comp plan at ServiceTitan change often for sales representatives? How does ServiceTitan determine sales territories?

I have not been here long enough to speak on if it changes often, but I can speak on my experiences of what I have seen. They waited a very long time into my employment to give me the comp plan contract which felt very disorganized and strange. The comp plan states and this is a direct quote " Commission payouts may be reduced or nullified due to underperformance of targets" as well as "In the event of the termination of any Participant subject to this Plan, regardless of reason of such resignation or termination, Participant shall immediately become ineligible to accrue further commissions or to take advances against unearned commissions".

Honestly I would not recommend working here. They are not a good company and it feels criminal to take earned commission due to underperformance or resignation/termination.

I worked at ServiceTitan for over 4 years and the comp plan would change once per year, usually with minor changes.

It doesn’t change often, but it has changed twice within the time period I’ve been with the company. I’ve been with ST for a few months. Most people don’t make it past 3-4 months with the company. Unless you’re an extremely seasoned sales professional, this isn’t the company/job for you.
