Overall, my experience was positive over multiple countries that I’ve worked with this company. The latter part of my experience in the last 12 months became rather sour, but that’s only because of the local management with in the business.

It's a great company, but it struggles to provide Account Executives with inbound leads. Additionally, the diverse product offerings lead to misaligned teams that often end up competing with one another for deals across different clouds.

Great Product fit in certain segments, culture has suffered in recent years as the company is trying to get more profitable. Limited flexibility for remote work. SMB market Dublin focused. Pay & quota attainment extremely challenging in SMB, Mid-Market almost impossible.

Culture is toxic, stressful and the quota is completely unobtainable because of the over saturated and small territories sales reps are given. Additionally, since 2023 they are now enforcing you to be in the office 3-4 days a week from 8:30-5pm. This is not conducive for employees that have children and need to pick them up/drop them off.
