It's a great company, but it struggles to provide Account Executives with inbound leads. Additionally, the diverse product offerings lead to misaligned teams that often end up competing with one another for deals across different clouds.

Overall Salesforce is a great place to work in Sales. There is a high standard for performance but you are surrounded by smart and driven individuals. The comp is a little low for the industry but you do have solid perks, good benefits, inclusive culture, and strong product market fit. 4/5
