Culture is toxic, stressful and the quota is completely unobtainable because of the over saturated and small territories sales reps are given. Additionally, since 2023 they are now enforcing you to be in the office 3-4 days a week from 8:30-5pm. This is not conducive for employees that have children and need to pick them up/drop them off. And they are not understanding if you can not make it into the office because of a doctors appointment, or your child’s choir performance, etc. Because of their switch in “high performance culture” I firmly believe they are purposely weeding out sales reps that do have families - and targeting younger, single sales people.
