They made a lot of changes to how our accounts are allocated and it’s affected small business in a hugely negative manner. I dont know a single person who is hitting or pacing to hit their number.

In this market it’s extremely difficult to sell premium enterprise solutions to SMBs, perhaps things are different in other orgs. Also while you can make extraordinary money if you are in the top 5% - the majority of AEs in SMB will make less OTE than at comparable vendors
