The training is not great, it feels like people from marketing/pmm created it, not front line sellers. He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed. He is the definition of "Corporate Bro"...Read More
