Great Product fit in certain segments, culture has suffered in recent years as the company is trying to get more profitable. Limited flexibility for remote work. SMB market Dublin focused. Pay & quota attainment extremely challenging in SMB, Mid-Market almost impossible.

Leadership made a huge difference at Salesforce. My hiring manager who I worked for 6 months was great! Tough but a true leader. He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed. It's a vast majority of team mates who hit quota because it's based on a team goal which is usually around 95% to goal
