Great product market fit overall. Main issues were with low pay and lack of dynamic quotas. Every rep had the same exact quota, which was unfair for reps with underperforming territories. Also management was goaled based on monthly growth while reps were paid on their attainment. Kinda backwards. Still had a great experience working there though.

A good place to work but not all reps do well. Really depends on the patch you’ve been assigned. They’ve definitely over hired!
