My overall experience in GRB is substandard at best. I was misinformed when hired about being able to log overtime as a part of my base salary. The company has removed all spiffs and sales incentives, and micromanagement is at an all time high. I was so proud to work here when I got the offer, and thought I had made it when it came to tech, but I was sadly mistaken. Hoping that the culture bounces back after the layoffs as I think the potential to be great is still there.

Salesforce can be an incredible place to stop along in your career. The people and pay (including benefits) were the biggest perks for me. Your manager and director will impact you the most so make sure they are a solid tandem. To stay and make a career there you will have to play some corporate politics and perform consistently. Salesforce is a good company overall. The territories and expectations have become more challenging with every year. You have to be able to manage all the noise and focus on what you need to do to be successful.
