I have been with Salesforce for 6+ years and I have seen the company go downhill over the last years. Barely anyone hits target, but the ones that do earn a lot of money. Culture has become very micromanaging and toxic, without good support to hit target (SEs, customer success, business development). Management brings in little more than anxiety.

It’s all about playing the “game” fake number fake Pay is good, management is decent but you will never hit quota and god forbid you a new logo BDR
