I have been with Salesforce for 6+ years and I have seen the company go downhill over the last years. Barely anyone hits target, but the ones that do earn a lot of money. Culture has become very micromanaging and toxic, without good support to hit target (SEs, customer success, business development). Management brings in little more than anxiety.

Great company going through changes . Hopefully they can figure it out . I wouldn’t mind being a boomerang but not right now

Its a great company to work for however it is tough to make really good money. Core has more potential than co-primes for big pay days but they are much more likely to get bad patches and starve. On a good year 55% of all AE make quota. This year its probably going to be closer to 40%.
