I have been with Salesforce for 6+ years and I have seen the company go downhill over the last years. Barely anyone hits target, but the ones that do earn a lot of money. Culture has become very micromanaging and toxic, without good support to hit target (SEs, customer success, business development). Management brings in little more than anxiety.

incredible experience and office culture. lacking in support to manage existing accounts and sell into markets without dedicated SFA.

Great place to work. Work life balance is incredible, leadership is amazing but there seems to be a lack of Reps hitting quota and therefore not getting close to there OTE.
