The company has great recognition and it's somewhere that's easy to coast, as noone is hitting quota anyway. But salary in the SMB space is laughably low, commission earning potential just got nuked by us losing 90% of our territories, and the company just moved to a pooled commission model so you don't even eat what you kill any more.

It's a great place to get on your resume, there isn't a lot of room for new accounts. Great brand recognition helps makes conversations easier
