Sales development program is broken right now and is about 40% of the company's forecasted pipeline. Great place if you can make it out of SDR/BDR.

Former Employee4.3Jan 19, 2024An amazing sales culture for most of the time I was there. Generally most managers were competent and supportive. Quotas were achievable and the product was well know. Towards the end of my tenure (2022) it was getting increasingly difficult to hit quota and management had changed. Post RIF I have heard things are again moving in the right direction.
