Culture is being re-built after a decline in COVID due to remote status. Manager take is very seriously to have a good working culture among teams. But it varies slightly against teams.

It wholly depends on territory. I’ve seen reps blow their quota out of the water with a whole heap of luck on top of their hard work and loads of people working so hard but prospects aren’t ready to buy. Plus much pressure right now. It’s not much fun.
