Former Employee3.9Oct 19, 2023I was there 7.5 years. The last two the culture was in the toilet - micro management was rife and there were far too many AEs. Reporting also became opaque with management picking and choosing which deals would count towards someones number. Sad to see a great sales org degrade into such a cesspit of mediocrity

Current Employee2.9Sep 6, 2023I realize im getting paid far below market value. The % we get paid per deal is very low for the market and if you dont hit 80% to your quarter, you don't even get your base %. Come here for 2 years to add to your resume, but don't stay longer.
