My experience here at Salesforce has been one where I've sacrificed more of the top end potential at other companies to have job security, a lot of lateral and upward movement potential, and fair compensation. The biggest benefits have been the security and freedom to tackle things I care about or join teams I want. It's a giant and sometimes the lack of innovation in the right areas can be defeating from a sales perspective. There is also the product and industry breadth that can make this job overwhelming in our GTM strategy. However, I'm not looking to move and always learning about new technology and other solutions as Salesforce is always at the center of a business and how the function.
