I haven’t been here long but I have had a positive experience so far. The training is good and the job is fairly easy if you have good experience. The only drawback is my team’s manager got promoted and there is no replacement for the near future.

The culture has changed for the worse lately. “High performance culture” has always been here; just much less fun now.

Leadership is cut throat and borderline unprofessional. Lots of old school fear based leadership. The positive is you have lots of resources and brand recognition. Pay is average…definitely lots of politics…
