I really enjoyed my role as a Sales Ops Specialist, but the pay was not enough for the amount of work I did. I wouldn't be able to get to a comfortable pay level likely for another 2 roles, making me feel like I had to jump for a decent pay bump. They also stopped allowing level skips when moving internally, causing a move from sales to sales ops to be a large pay cut.

My overall experience is that the position was not as advertised. The hiring manager made promises that were not kept starting on the first day of my employment.
