Overall Salesforce has an incredible culture and provides tons of opportunities for growth and development. They take care of their employees and have fantastic benefits, particularly for female employees. Their family leave policies and fertility benefits are wonderful and so appreciated for employees looking to start a family.

Internal hiring and transfer freezes didn't allow the benefit of working for a big company to come through. New managers uninterested in removing obstacles, growing employees, and seemed to expect being disliked.

Culture is lacking. Coaching non-existant with Sales managers. Enablement can be weak. Territories carved up too small.
