Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This company has an excellent reputation...unfortunately, that is deceptive. Internally Salesloft does not uphold their values or the practices they preach. They do not run successful training or put anything into their individual contributors but instead only care about achieving profitability at any costs, no matter how brutal.
Since Kyle Porter left and David O Brand joined as CEO the culture has tanked, there have been several rounds of secret redundancies to keep up appearances and not spread fear amongst the survivors. People savagely axed have been top performers & the way the process has been handled has displayed the company's total DISREGARD for any of its employees.
There will be plenty more secret redundancies to come over the next few weeks as they have just cut their SDR team in EMEA after they were performing the best they had been in a year. This team was left to perish by leadership.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to join a souless org who doesn't value top performers & shows no interest in the people that make the company what it is. It is run by a bunch of old white men who only care for themselves.
