After the company was acquired by TB the culture and GTM significantly changed. Barely anybody is able to hit their number and the new platform sale isn’t resonating with most of the enterprise customer base.

SailPoint has the best work/life balance in the tech industry. Base salary is competitive but the market fit is stagnant, like a lot of other tech products that aren't the big 3 (Microsoft, Oracle, AWS).

Great place to work and great culture. Not cool when a company starts messing with your compensation, but pretty much every company I’ve ever worked for punishes salespeople for good performance (raising quota and lowering commission rate) so it’s nothing new. SailPoint has the best products in the market, and has been the leader in the space for a long time. That is helpful when talking to new prospects, as most have heard of us. However, Marketing does not do a great job promoting our brand or generating leads because they think people already know us.
