Hard work can pay off if you find yourself in the right position at the right time, company lacks structured professional development and guidance to progressing your career. If you are looking to break into ERP Sales as an SDR and become an Account Executive, your best path and quickest to success would be through Oracle Netsuite and then get hired onto the Intacct Account Executive team

Overall, great company to work for with an exceptional product and quality peripheral teams, but the Customer AE team has some serious kinks to work out. Quotas are extremely high, causing reliance on gigantic unicorn deals to hit makes it virtually unattainable on a regular basis. Comp Plans change every 6-12 months and are needlessly complicated.
