Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall, great company to work for with an exceptional product and quality peripheral teams, but the Customer AE team has some serious kinks to work out. Quotas are extremely high, causing reliance on gigantic unicorn deals to hit makes it virtually unattainable on a regular basis. Comp Plans change every 6-12 months and are needlessly complicated. I believe these issues are solvable, but senior leadership needs to address the compensation and quota issues of this team before I can recommend this role. Browse Other Reviews
