The leadership and other employees at Concur were amazing - best people I’ve ever worked with. The overall SAP org’s willingness to keep up with their competitors’ solution was frustrating. Concur was a nice solution for SAP to acquire, but they as time went on, they didn’t give the product or the marketing the attention it needs to stay viable. Look where they rank in SEO, this is a direct reflection on how they are prioritized in the larger picture.

Competition has gotten tougher and SAP Concur's Invoice solution is not keeping up. They're still dominant in the T&E space especially in enterprise, but there are a lot of free/low cost competitors squeezing out the mid market.
