The leadership and other employees at Concur were amazing - best people I’ve ever worked with. The overall SAP org’s willingness to keep up with their competitors’ solution was frustrating. Concur was a nice solution for SAP to acquire, but they as time went on, they didn’t give the product or the marketing the attention it needs to stay viable. Look where they rank in SEO, this is a direct reflection on how they are prioritized in the larger picture.

Overall experience was okay. Left a long time ago. Product was amazing, genuine market leaders. Sales methodology training was good. Some average sales managers that were classic dashboard managers and couldn’t coach. SMB director was passive aggressive and weirdly often talked about how he hated salespeople. He should have stuck to playing in brass bands.
