Competition has gotten tougher and SAP Concur's Invoice solution is not keeping up. They're still dominant in the T&E space especially in enterprise, but there are a lot of free/low cost competitors squeezing out the mid market. Mid market account management is completely messed up, management somehow destroyed the account base and moved most viable midmarket accounts to small business.

a lot of the inbound leads go to Small Business. They refer to D&B for headcount which is completely off and results in misalignment. You have large accounts assigned to SMB segment which in turn sends them the most inbounds.
