a lot of the inbound leads go to Small Business. They refer to D&B for headcount which is completely off and results in misalignment. You have large accounts assigned to SMB segment which in turn sends them the most inbounds.

Going downhill fast. Clueless leadership. Reps fired when goals aren’t met but leadership never on the chopping block. Very few opportunities for promotion. Low base salary.
