Going downhill fast. Clueless leadership. Reps fired when goals aren’t met but leadership never on the chopping block. Very few opportunities for promotion. Low base salary.

Culture continually eroded away. The last team event I went to with our regional SVP we all had to pay for our own dinners and drinks. Everyone was invited to an end of year team event where everyone had to pay their own way. My overall experience in this org has been nothing but exceptional. The manager I have add’s a big part into why I believe this is the best position I have held and the opportunity to really control how much money you make with the uncapped commission structure is always great for go getter’s.

Still a great org and leadership is good, though changes over the years from SAP make the old time Concurians miss what it "used to be like."
