Everything was great, there were fair quotas and great incentive structure with a somewhat low base salary I could deal with, as the bonuses balanced it out. Then quotas raised astronomically in one year, people are quietly getting put on PIPs left and right. Shocked to hear someone made presidents club last year and was put on a plan within the next 6 months....Read More

Used to be a great place to work. Unfortunately leadership & management, specifically in the Smal Business Segment has completely ruined morale. Theyve turned teams and people against eachother.
