Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Used to be a great place to work. Unfortunately leadership & management, specifically in the Smal Business Segment has completely ruined morale. Theyve turned teams and people against eachother. If you suck up, you will get fed by far WAY more inbounds and the biggest inbound leads. Managers have gotten very slimy with picking deals from others territories and sneakily giving them to their favorites. It was exposed in 2024 this was happening and was escalated to our VP (who is actually in on it), and nothing was done. Earning potential is very low (unless you are a big enough suck up). Zero sales leadership and skill here. Sales leaders believe they are untouchable but offer no advice other than 'stay positive' and manifest your deals.
