Culture continually eroded away. The last team event I went to with our regional SVP we all had to pay for our own dinners and drinks. Everyone was invited to an end of year team event where everyone had to pay their own way. People were being promoted into leadership of senior’ed teams that had never been in sales / ran a sales cycle and halted professional development and executive support in strategic deals. It used to be cool to work at Concur, now it’s toxic.
