Used to truly be a fun place to work, and now almost every rep I know is at least thinking of leaving. Role is 90% luck of who gets a good inbound.

Culture is fantastic if you want to grind you can, if you dont want to kill yourself they arent going to make you feel bad for not being in the top 10%
