Starting with the bad, Leadership is highly unqualified and elementary in SMB. Reminds of the popular group in a high school, with no selling talent. Can’t do the AE job well themselves. 5-10 years ago concur was a different place and leadership was highly possible but not anymore. Upward mobility is awful here, it takes years just to get from SDR to AE. AE to director of sales is nearly impossible (1 person in last 3 years). Once an AE you can move to other AE roles like client sales or mid market. But for advancing your career in leadership, steer clear of this company. Furthermore, leads get switched around often, behind the scenes inbound lead handouts are common. Base salaries are low. The good is the variable salary and work life balance.

Concur was a great place to work for the first few years I was there, but became very toxic. Friends hire friends, it's very cliquey with a lot of office gossip. No new product innovation and lack of support for customers when they submit tickets.
