My overall experience at RollWorks has been good. I have grown a tremendous amount in these past 2 years. Most of the people in the org also very supportive. The company generally cares about diversity equity, inclusion, and belonging.

The organization has great potential, especially with a strong software that can help with Account Based Marketing and Account Based Advertising. Great product. Poor Exec leadership. Too much gut not enough data used in decisions. I’d classify it as a political organization. Politics are when people are careful about their words and actions based on how they want people to react not based on what they really think.
