Politics are when people are careful about their words and actions based on how they want people to react not based on what they really think.

Additionally, NextRoll, Inc. lays off employees every 3-6 months, decreasing the company morale. There is a lack of transparency on revenue, and there's an increase of pressure amongst SDRs as a result.
