Decent place to get into sales that is forgiving for new reps, but it comes with a low ceiling and commission pay well below industry average. Has potential, but ultimately leadership is cost cutting and little spend goes back into the sales org.

My overall experience was good and the support was great. During the harder times, I felt like I was being micromanaged and the commissions were definitely lacking since we didn't get a commission based on the sale but rather how many demos held.
