It’s been a pretty good experience when it comes to culture with lower level management. What has been a bad experience for me is upper management and the SDR to CRO program. They have stopped promoting a lot from within and allowed a lot of us to go through a gruely promotion process for none us to get promoted and they just promote externally. Rippling offers a fantastic product and it demos very well. Over a dozen products are offered so you can find something to sell to almost any company. The double edged sword is how quickly the company is growing. Always new products to sell but always new cross functional challenges to overcome.
