It’s been a pretty good experience when it comes to culture with lower level management. What has been a bad experience for me is upper management and the SDR to CRO program. They have stopped promoting a lot from within and allowed a lot of us to go through a gruely promotion process for none us to get promoted and they just promote externally. Has happened multiple times to multiple promotion classes. They give us no reason why we didn’t get promoted when we all hit the numbers give to us to be promoted. Honestly I’ve seen Rippling as a company I could work at forever but once they started doing that. It truly made me feel like very undervalued.

Great place to work if don't need a lot of handholding, solid management and a great product. Hardest part is keeping up with constantly changing product lines and offerings but they do their best to give you the resources you need to succeed.
