Rippling has implemented great sales tools to operate with, and uses an ABM strategy that provides Reps with more than enough accounts to consistently hit quota each month. Overall this was a good experience.

My overall experience was okay. Rippling has amazing engineering talent, and they really do build incredible products. One great part about Rippling is its ability to multi-thread a bunch of different product SKUs. However, the culture here is terrible. They will put you on a PIP when half your team is under perfomring just because the manager doesn't like you. Even...Read More
