I've enjoyed my experience as a sales leader at Rippling. There is a performance-based culture with high expectations to achieve our ambitious goals, but those who work at Rippling are hard working, talented, collaborative, driven, and have fun along the way. We've built a great hybrid office culture and folks enjoy the collaboration and engagement on in-office days together. The Rippling product is complex, and requires focus and effort to learn the product and become an expert. Leaders are open, honest, and constructive and leadership does a great job disseminating information throughout the organization and down to our teams.
