My overall experience was not the greatest. Rippling has an extremely toxic culture where favoritism is very apparent. The AM team is extremely overworked and the pay is terrible compared to other roles in the market. The only good thing Rippling has going for them is the product and even then it's buggy and as an AM you are more than often dealing with client...Read More

My overall experience so far has been okay but micromanagement is insane and the culture is still being built at the moment so I can’t really give a full judgement on that yet. Product is not fully ready for the market they are trying to grow into
