My overall experience so far has been okay but micromanagement is insane and the culture is still being built at the moment so I can’t really give a full judgement on that yet. Product is not fully ready for the market they are trying to grow into

Run. Run fast. the best way I can describe it is... like a sweatshop. you have to work 12+ hours to not even hit quota

Experience has been pretty good with Rippling. Changes do happen pretty quickly, but that is given with high growth start-ups.
