Rippling is a G R I N D. Make no mistake. In my year here, I've seen many folks on the team get let go or quit. There are far easier places to earn a paycheck. Overall this is a demanding role, must be willing to work extremely hard in a (not just buzzword) fast paced environment. Need to balance the transactional sell with highly complex strategic deals.
