But - if you're willing to put in the work, there is no better place to sell and you will make quality money.
I've worked in Tech for a long time now and can confidently say that Rippling's software is a work of art. Unique, smooth, massive in scope but also simple to use and can fit any size business. I've never used or sold a piece of software as good as Rippling's platform is. One of the biggest challenges here is wrapping your head around everything it can do. Your biggest asset as a seller here at Rippling is how strong the tech is.
Leadership, culture, and enablement are all top-notch. You're given everything you need to succeed here.
